Fu Hok Seurng Ying Kuen 虎鶴雙形拳

Fu Hok Seurng Ying Kuen, known in English as the Tiger and Crane Fist, is undoubtedly the most famous form in the traditional Hung Gar system. It is believed that the legendary Hung Gar master Wong Fei-hung took the existing Shaolin Tiger and Crane techniques and codified them into the Fu Hok form as we know it today. The form trains the practitioner to combine the power of stances and strikes, and to balance strength and fluidity in movement.
